5. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Code10Rx—including reports, training resources, and coding tools—are the intellectual property of Code10Rx and may not be reused, modified, or distributed without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Code10Rx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for services within the 90 days prior to the issue giving rise to the claim.
7. No Guarantee of Reimbursement
Code10Rx provides coding based solely on the documentation submitted. We do not guarantee claim approvals, payer reimbursements, or audit outcomes. It is your responsibility to ensure that documentation supports the level of care billed.
8. Termination
Both parties may terminate service with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the signed service agreement. Code10Rx reserves the right to suspend service for non-payment or material breach of agreement.
